What do these movies have in common? The white savior, of course! Swooping in to save us poor, uncivilized, uneducated, pagan races from our ignorance.

Our colonial overlords have always felt it their honour and duty to civilize the unwilling savage. Indians, Africans, Asians, Persians and really just any race with a hint of melanin in their skin have been forced to let in this Trojan Horse.

They promise to make us clean, cultured, prudish, uptight, and basically blander than the mashed potatoes they eat for Thanksgiving. Bereft of our native cultures and traditions, today we swim in a pond of confusion, visiting our temples in jeans meant for the hard-labored working class, creating the monster called the fairness cream industry, which is today a $450 Million dollar industry in India.

Who’s the newest White Savior on the block?

In the past couple of weeks, His Divine Holiness Nithyananda Paramashivam and His worldwide community have experienced the repercussions of letting in a very white, very racist Trojan Horse named Sarah La(u)ndry. She is a Cult leader who has been playing whisteblower on Social media against the very Guru under whose tutelage she learnt the principles of Sanatana Hindu Dharma – the same principles that she heavily monetized on through her stolen fame on Youtube.

Ms. Laundry has now taken upon herself the immense burden of rescuing “Hindoos” from their own religion. Apparently, Ms. Wannabe-Leah-Remini calls herself a Hindu, but also feels the need to tell the world about what a dangerous cult Hinduism is. She has trashed, thrashed and stamped to the ground the very core of Hinduism – the Guru-disciple relationship.

The Great White Savior, our Knight-in-Shining-Armour has felt the great need to teach us uncivilized beings about how she is completely unable to look at a simple Master-disciple relationship as anything other than sexual. She has made the great sacrifice of gaining more internet followers by riding on the bandwagon of Guru abuse and I-just escaped-a-cult clickbaits.

With immense personal risk (*cough* gold-digger), out of utter selflessness, she has decided to wage a social media war to rescue every “Hindoo” man, woman and child from the brainwashing Gurus who are assaulting children, and sexualising women.

This is a joke right? 

I really wish I was joking. To fathom that this is happening TODAY, exactly like 300 years ago when the British came into this country with the same logic, is honestly astounding. The British may have left, but they left behind their dirty tactics to be recycled by life-sucking leeches like Sarah Laundry.
